The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is that the only way to inner happiness is to practice it consciously myself.
It takes a conscious effort to remain positive.
It takes will power to avoid negativity.
It takes practice to know how to balance others’ less-than-positive emotions and opinions; while giving them an outlet and inspiring them to “look at the bright side” using your own mental and emotional clarity.
It is one of the best things you can do for yourself. It also one of the best things you can learn to do as an educator and parent to children. Children internalize everything around them, they are watching YOU.
Strive to be a model of positivity and a beacon of light and happiness to others.
