Research shows that specific music activities support children’s language and literacy skills, regardless of learning style or ability!
Music also gives children an important outlet while developing their self-confidence. Music is an essential part of our school’s core curriculum, and likely the children’s favorite part of their day!
At our Montessori schools, Mr. Richard’s folk songs and whimsical verses have the children squealing with joy. While, Mr. Gene’s rhythm class captivates the children as they learn about composers, play an instrument and then learn a fun new dance each week.
